Md. Mustafizur Rahman leverages 24 years of experience in banking, honed across multinational and leading private banks. He began his career in 2000 at ANZ Grindlays Bank, then progressed through positions of increasing responsibility at HSBC, Eastern Bank Ltd., Bank Asia Ltd., and most recently, The City Bank Ltd. There, he served as Senior Vice President and played a pivotal role in the success of the Retail Banking transformation team. Mr. Rahman holds a Master of International Trade and Business (MITB) from the University of Dhaka, an MBA from East West University, and boasts relevant industry certifications like the ACBA from IBA, University of Dhaka and the CEEB from BIBM.

Mr. Rahman joined GSPB on August 28, 2019.

Mr. Rahman holds an MBA (Executive Program) in Finance from Institution of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. He has seventeen years of experience in different reputed FIs in varied fields such as Marketing, Recovery, Special Asset Management, Legal and Branch Management.

Mr. Md. Wahidul Islam is the General Manager & Chief Financial Officer and CAMLCO of GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) PLC, and also serves as CFO of GSP Investments Limited, its fully owned merchant banking subsidiary. With over 17 years of professional experience in finance, taxation, treasury, and regulatory compliance, he has been instrumental in strengthening governance, optimizing fund management, and ensuring sustainable growth.

He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Dhaka College, has partly completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) from ICAB, and is a registered Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) with the National Board of Revenue (NBR). His earlier career with Opsonin Pharma Ltd. and A. Wahab & Co., Chartered Accountants provided him with strong foundations in corporate finance, audit, and compliance.

A seasoned finance professional, Mr. Islam brings proven expertise in fund management, financial strategy, taxation, corporate governance, and regulatory reporting, contributing significantly to the long-term growth and governance excellence of GSP Finance and its subsidiary.

Ms. Zeenat Alam, joined in GSP Finance Co. (Bangladesh) Limited in 2009 as a Management Trainee Officer. She is responsible for the Credit function of GSPB as Deputy General Manager. In addition she is also responsible for the Sales team of GSPB.

She has completed her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) & Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees from Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB).

With over 20 years of expertise in branch banking, retail banking, SME banking & corporate banking, Mr. Rony is a highly accomplished financial professional. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager, Marketing at GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Limited, He drives strategic initiatives to foster growth and operational excellence.

Mr. Rony holds a Master’s in Management and an MBA from a reputed university. He began his career in 2004 with Standard Chartered Bank as a relationship manager and has since held key roles at Eastern Bank Limited, BRAC Bank Limited and IIDFC Plc, gaining extensive experience in customer engagement, financial solutions and business operations.

Mr. Sanaul Karim is an accomplished finance professional with over 7 years of experience in banking and non-banking financial institutions, specializing in audit, compliance, corporate finance, and operations. He began his career in 2017 as a Management Trainee at IFIC Bank PLC and advanced to the position of Principal Officer, demonstrating proven expertise in governance and compliance management. A graduate in Business Administration with a major in Finance, he has consistently built a strong and credible career in the industry.

Md. Arifuzzaman Khan is a seasoned HR & Administration professional with over 10 years of experience in strategic human resource management, organizational development, and employee relations. Before joining at GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) PLC., he began his career as a Trainee Executive in 2015 at PRAN-RFL Group and progressed to Manager – HR & Admin, demonstrating proven expertise in policy development, recruitment, and talent management. He holds a Post-Graduation degree in Business Administration with a major in HRM and has built a strong career in aligning people strategy with organizational goals.
