8th Extra – Ordinary General Meeting of GSP Finance
Mr. Feroz U. Haider, Chairman of GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Limited presides over the Company’s 8th Extra – Ordinary General Meeting at the ‘Institution of Diploma Engineers’ in the capital on October 21, 2013. The Company amended its Memorandum and Articles of Association in the EGM to raise its Authorized capital to Tk 200 crore from Tk 100 crore and approved the issuance of Rights shares at the Ratio of 2 (two) [R] : 3 (three) i.e. 2 (two) Rights shares for every 3 (three) existing shares at an issue price of Tk.10 each (at par) on the basis of financial statements as on June 30, 2013 after considering 15% bonus share for the year ended December 31, 2012. Mr. Aziz Al Kaiser, Mr. Mohamed Abdul Jalil, Dr. ATM Shamsul Huda, Col. M. Nurul Islam Psc. (Retd.), Mr. Nurul Hossain Khan, FCA Director of the Company and Mr. Masihul Huq Chowdhury, Managing Director of the Company were also present in the meeting.
